Returns

We do not return or exchange items for change of mind 

All items are quality controlled and checked prior to being dispatched. All items are also pre loved and vintage i.e are meant to be slightly worn and may have imperfections. 

Should you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 24 hours. We will require a photograph of the damaged area. All goods have to be returned within 14 days of receiving the item

All goods will be inspected on return. If the item has a minor problem we will repair it and return it to you, alternatively a refund ill be processed if this cannot happen.

Please note that a refund will not be processed if we do not receive the goods.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty

Damaged, soiled or altered returns may not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded, nor will any postage costs incurred by returning the item to us unless the item is faulty.
